Wanting to save money on booking a cruise in July 2010?

Any suggestions for saving money when booking a specific cruise? I looked on the Carnival site and their price appears to be cheapers but like $20 but didn't know if there are ever discounts or percentages off available anywhere...... also need to book airfare for trip as well.
