I miss his friendship, yet why is he PMS in'?

Ok so this guy he goes to a school near opposite mine ( we share the same library) its kinda combined. We met over fb, we started talking and he started calling me cutie and bubb. He sed lets meet up near these shops. When we met we wern't flirting much ( cause over fb he told me he had a gf) we had a nice time just talking and getting to know each other and stuff. That was the first time we met. I added one of his mates and we started flirting and stuff. I told him that i liked one of his mutual mates over fb. He told that guy and all his mates that im his cuzin!! wtf, he then messaged me saying "oi if my mates are chatting you up tell them ur my cousin, they wont talk to you, let alone touch you.) After that i sorta knew he like me. After he broke up with his cheating gf, he asked me out, saying bub u wanna come easter show with me, its just me going but you can bring ur mates if u want; now idk if that was a mate thing or something else but i didn ask him. The second time we met he was like bub i was soo pissed its all over ur fb, that my mates want you. We flirted but i didn know if it was a frienship or more. Then again over fb i sed i like you but i dont wanna relo. He sed do u wanna take it slow i was like yea ok. Then i was pissed at him for telling me not to tlk to his mates and stuff, we had a fight but then things got betta. He was all like godmornin and goodnite baby for a whole week. Then all of a sudden he started ignoring me, his relo thing on fb said in a relationship. I asked if he had a gf, he sed who told you that and started ignoring me, i got all pissed and went off at him, then deleted him. He was back with his ex, he neva told me tho. After a week of deleting him. I tried readiing him and he inboxed me saying dont talk to me. When all i wanted to do is just be friends. Why the hell is this boy acting like this? I just miss talking to him, plus we neva we're official but he led me on, why is he being a jurk?
