There is a telecast in Aaj tak that in some mobile number if we say hello we will die is it correct?

We have received message that if we hold mobile and say hellow to some mobile numbers received like 99999 99999, 99888 88888, 9888308001 etc. is it correct. In that message it is mentioned that this is telecast in Aajtak, DD-1, & IBM7 CHANNEL. Is it correct please reply to take precautionary action.
