My sister has a mive fungal infection on her foot... what should she do?!?

My sister, Imogen Mintram, has a horrible green infection on her foot... absolutely disgusting. She asked me to post on here to ask for help. It is currently pulsating with her pulse and I just saw a small creature crawl out of it - maggot like. It has nearly doubled the size of her foot (with respect to width) and has made it almost as disgustingly ugly as her hideous face.
