Will a hot oil treatment fade my dyed hair?

Yesterday, I dyed my hair a dark burgundy. It turned out black with a bit of a wine-colored color in the light. I really like it, and I DON'T want it to fade, but I also like the hot oil treatment to make my hair nice and soft, so I was wondering if VO5 hot oil treatment for hair would make fade out. If so, how much will it fade? Thanks :)
