Pop up blocker is turned off but i still can`t play my game?

i have an acer aspire one netbook. when trying to play scrabble on the pogo game site it keeps saying that my pop up blocker is on but it isn``t. it tells me to use ctrl, alt, or shift when hitting the play ob but that doesn`t work either. any ideas
