If you have a decent microwave, there should be a defrost on, if so simply press the on and watch the chicken defrost. Or if you can change the watts, cook for 10-15 minutes on the LOWEST amount. Otherwise, if it's possible to put the chicken in last for your recipe, leave it on a surface/ near a radiator/ on a windowsill/ on a warm area as long as possible, it might cook.
