The acclaimed Juniper Restaurant has closed down. They owe me �187 what do I do?

I used to be employed by the acclaimed Michelin starred restaurant in Greater Manchester, Juniper Restaurant (see here http://www.messengernewspapers.co.uk/news/4113060.Juniper_restaurant_closes/ ) as a part time kitchen porter on �5.50 an hour, they said they would pay me as of the last day of January after they finished refurbishment. I' am considering taking this to the small claims court, what should i do before or with that
