The Lucifer project?

I have been researching into a recent claim. The lucifer project. Apparently NASA are planning to ignite saturn tomorrow 7/7/08 to create a 2nd sun. This is supposedly going to cause a radiation shower that will kill millions. Can any one help me on this? is this true or just BS?
