Jalepeno Popppers, looking for a good recipe.?

My fiance and I enjoy poppers and I want to start cooking instead of us going out all the time when we want something special like poppers. So I would really appreciate a good recipe for poppers. Some of our favorite poppers would be that of Billy Boys located in Oak Lawn, IL. Man are they good. I think they were actually the very first poppers we ate together. haha. I know I'm silly but I think it would be nice to recreate that special appetizer in the comfort of our new home together.
