I heard that the US Federal Government can access all papers on Turnitin via the Patriot Act, is this true?

Yes the patriot act allows them to request the information but there is so much information and it is so inconsequential that it would never be requested or read and the US government doesn't torture people just because they disagree with it. The US government has never sent people to Gitmo for disagreeing with the government they send terrorists suspected terrorist and those who help and fund terrorist there
