I am looking for the name of a possible neurologic disorder?

Where you would have a tingly feeling in your arms and lower legs around the ankles. When surprised, nervous, or scared, one of your hand's fingers would tighten and become stiff. While one or both of your arms will straighten out and also become stiff. Sometimes toes would curl and slightly make it difficult to walk. Facial muscles including the eyes and neck may uncontrollably lock in one direction (sometimes eyes lock looking up to the left and right. And neck twisting as far as it can to where your chin would be almost facing up). You would get "tongue tied", while it is happening, forming consonant sounds and being able articulate will become difficult. I would just like to know if anybody is going through something like this, and knows if there is a name for it. Thanks
