Has anyone got pregnant with stage 4 endometriosis? :(?

im 31 and been trying for a long time, although i have a 9 year old, ive never fell pregnant again. as it wasn't bad back then. my partner has no children. docs want to write me off with a hysterectomy. im having regular periods, but nothing ever happens. are my eggs getting stuck? :/ my doctor is crap so i thought id ask real people that have this endo. i have stage 4. have you gotten pregnant? many thanks in advance xx
