Can someone rathe my YGO WC 2009 DS deck?

pretty nice deck man, good with umi, but i recodmended the legendary ocean x3. because you got a lot of high level monsters and i would suggest summon them without tribute, and it would be good if you have 2 double summon magic card so that way you can summon ur force of sea creature faster.
