Sometimes my mind races and my thoughts go so fast i cant concentrate and i cant write what im thinking.?

its like theres a voice in my head screaming and everything i hear is sped up and i cant write stuff or text people or anything during this time because my fingers cant type my thoughts fast enough. This happened like ten minutes ago while i was studying for finals and it usually happens like once or twice a year when im studying. It is so weird, i get dizzy and music turns into the person singing super fast and possibly even being angry. AS WELL, sometimes i will be lying in bed when this happens and i look at something on the other side of the room such as a door and it suddenly appears to be extremely far away. Why does this happpen??? Help me please, its so hard to have this.
