How do I let my wife take control?

I am an elementary school teacher who has to have total clroom control to be an effective teacher and my husband is an engineer who has a more collaborative style. We had a similiar problem except that we actually used the spencer plan where I ed him and he ed me. for misbehavior. That did not work we evolved into a HOH relationship where I submit to him. Some things seemed to help me. First, I began to address him as Sir (you would use Ma'am of course) that somehow made a subtle difference in my attitude. Second, I began to wear a choker and apron. These are things I would never have worn before and somehow they helped me "remember my place." Third, Rick began igning me lots and lots of corner time either as a punishment or before or after a . This helped me get my head straight. Next, instead of a paddling or strapping when I had trouble submitting, Rick began ordering me to go cut switches which he would wear out on my poor bottom. The time I spent going outside, finding an cutting the switch, then preparing it for use, gave me time to get my head straight. And I absolutely hate to be switched, it stings so bad.
